Disclaimer

Errors and mistakes occur in many different ways; some are human errors while others are computer or internet errors. Due to this fact, T & T Trading Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Privacy

We believe in an individual's right to privacy. Any personal information supplied to us will be kept confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Email Address
• Postal Address
• Telephone Number

Shipping

To ensure that you receive your shipment in a timely manner, we generally ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We also offer UPS shipping as an alternative for larger orders. If you would like to ship via UPS, please choose that option during checkout.

Orders

In order to reduce costs, we require a $25 minimum order. We have established this requirement to eliminate the small-order service fee that some other companies charge.

Once your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.

Returns

Our company is a cash-and-carry company. We do not accept returns. There are several reasons for this policy:

• Many companies offer second-quality merchandise without disclosure. At T & T Trading, we only sell first-quality merchandise, and a return policy creates a risk of mixing in inferior goods.
• In the past we have received merchandise returned to us that we did not sell.
• We have also seen a substantial number of products returned after a few items were removed from the package.

We feel that in order to keep our prices as low as possible, we cannot allow returns. We hope you understand.

Taxes

We are required by law to collect sales tax for every order in the state of Michigan. Each state has its own laws regarding internet transactions. You are responsible for paying taxes in accordance with your own state's sales tax laws.
